I know that what a child of any age needs, is a secure attachment to a parent or caregiver, but until I had my own children, I did not know how challenging fostering a secure relationship with children could be.

Parenting is widely known as the most amazing, exhausting, trying, endearing, rewarding journey. I am a mother to two boys and am witness to lots of big feelings, emotions, passions and plenty of challenges. I am navigating my own parenting practice alongside you.
